From my website, prospective buyers can get information immediately about your home. They can access my site 24 hours a day and view your property listing! Through my Personal Home Search, your listing will be sent by e-mail to every prospective buyer in my database, where your home meets their criteria. Plus it will be e-mailed automatically to future prospective buyers as well.
  
Beyond Traditional Marketing
  
As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. I also regularly publish in the Real Estate Weekly, Peace Arch News and the Now newspapers in the area. Your home is also matched with the buyers in our data base and a brochure of your home is e-mailed and mailed to these buyers so they are immediately informed of your home and it's features.

My private mortgage company 1020 Investments Ltd. can assist buyers who may wish to purchase your home but may be hindered to due so because they don't qualify for conventional financing. Several times buyers and sellers agree to the selling price but the sale can't complete because the buyer doesn't qualify for the mortgage. 1020 Investments Ltd. can provide funding to those buyers who may need assistance with their financing in order to purchase their dream home. This means that I can sell your home to a wider selection buyers because of the partnership 1020 Investments Ltd. has with our real estate team.

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area.
